Reset Excel Ribbon Icon and Add-in Cache 

  1. Close Excel
  2. Browse to the following directory in Windows Explorer. C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel   
  3. Look for an *.xlb file and rename or delete it.
  4. Launch Excel, This will recreate the file and should reflect recent adding or removal of ribbon menus.
