Submitting a reproducible issue or bug for error correction is very helpful for our development team. Proven, reproducible bugs or issues in PARIS software are covered under the software's Maintenance Agreement. If you think your issue is a bug, kindly submit the following for a non-billable correction:
- Materials needed to reproduce the error.
- Written step-by-step description of how to produce the problem
- Screenshots of error messages or key parts of the process.
*If the error is reproducible, but not due to a problem in the software, it will be considered billable.
