In order to install the PowerOLAP Client when you already have PowerOLAP Personal installed, first you must uninstall PowerOLAP Personal. If you already installed PowerOLAP Client without uninstalling PowerOLAP Personal first, you will receive an error when you attempt to license the PowerOLAP Client.

Here are the steps to remedy this situation:

1. Close Excel and PowerOlap

2. Uninstall PowerOLAP Personal

3. Uninstall PowerOLAP Client (if installed)

4. Delete file: PowerOLAP.ini under: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\PowerOLAP

    note: AppData is a hidden folder

5. Install PowerOLAP Client

6. Apply Professional License Key
