1. Stop Olation service
2. Close Olation and Excel
3. Check if you are running a x32 or x64 version
Go to task manager, on the details tab right click and select columns
Choose platform and click ok
4. Open command prompt and run as administrator (Windows key, type cmd)
5. In command prompt
For x64 enter :
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Olation\OlationCom.dll"
For x32 enter :
regsvr32 “C:\Program Files (x86)\Olation\OlationCom.dll”
6. Then press enter
You will get a message that it has been succeeded.
